Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You will typically receive a feedback request following a completed appointment

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages compatible with major wireless carriers (including, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint, etc.)

Text STOP to stop receiving feedback requests. You will receive an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

User Eligibility & Obligations

By opting in, you confirm that:

You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.

You will notify Armory Eyecare if you change, deactivate, or transfer your mobile phone number.
